His professional background is in Information Management, with 12 years of work experience in some of the best known names in premium Online Research and Learning platforms in Project, Product, Customer Relationship Management and Training roles, and with over 7 years specialisation training for the Medical and Scientific Research industry.
Miguel is an Academic Tutor at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition, where he is leading a research project on Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and mitochondrial integrity
He combines his academic role with consultancy services to the Nutritional Therapy industry, 2 busy London practices, European nutrition retreats and a freelance training and research consultancy for a top global scientific literature publisher

I qualified as a nutritional therapist in 2008 and as a naturopath and iridologist in 2010 at the College of Naturopathic Medicine
I am employed as a senior midwifery lecturer at Anglia Ruskin University where I have used my knowledge of nutrition to develop the nutritional content of the midwifery programme. This is continually evaluated and evaluates well. I have also used my knowledge of nutrition to introduce a handout on nutrition in schools for ages 15-18 years
I am a very caring and approachable individual who is knowledgeable about nutrition and passionate about supporting and helping others and supporting and furthering the nutritional therapy profession
I am also in the process of developing my own nutritional therapy practice
