After gaining a BSc (Hons) degree in Food Science I worked for over 18 years in the European Food and Drinks Industry (Product Development, Sales and Marketing arenas)
Later studied a Diploma in Nutritional Therapy at Raworth College
Currently I work in 2 busy clinics and lecture part time at The Paragon College, Leatherhead
I also use my sales and marketing experience to work with Corporates, within the health sector with GPs and Consultants as well as Education, which means conducting regular workshops and dealing with local press and radio
I am also about to commence working with a major food retailer
